Cleaning review

I am very happy with the level of service from Sunset Clean. They have achieved so much more in the time available than I could have done - it would have taken me days to achieve what has been done in a few hours. The level of service has been very professional throughout from the first time I contacted them. I am very pleased to employ a cleaning service because I wasn't managing the cleaning on my own. I no longer feel worried about inviting people into the house because it is clean. This is life-changing for me and well worth the money.

Amazing cleaning

Very honest and committed cleaners. The cleaners found a wallet with cash alongside a phone whilst cleaning and handed over to me. They could have taken it without me knowing cos I lost it like 3 years ago. To be honest, they are awesome. Roceline will go a long way to please her customers.

End of tenancy xlean

I am very happy with their service and both the coordinator as well as her cleaners were really nice and hard working, honest and clear/communicative. The only reason I can't give them a five star this time is because price got slightly higher than initially quoted when they showed up and that they were missing the stick to the mop. Of course we found solutions to all that and after a mostly meticulous clean we only had to ask for additional clean at very few and somewhat subtle spots.

I think if I hire them again their service may just as well be a five star, in all fairness they took on my end-of-tenancy cleaning with just a day's notice. They insisted on me to pay the remaining half once the cleaning was done and we acknowledged that we were happy.
